CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card is required on file for all clients—no exceptions. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee or forfeit their deposit paid. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 90% of the service total and will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings. • Deposits: Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking if you no show you will forfeit your deposit paid. • Payment Methods: We accept cash or Venmo for payments at the time of service. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions when booking. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will need to reschedule and pay a cancellation fee or forfeit their deposit. Appointments are booked back-to-back to ensure optimal use of business hours. Refund Policy: • Services: No refunds will be issued for services rendered. • Products: All product sales are final. If you experience an allergic reaction, we recommend gifting the product to someone else, as we cannot accept returns on items that have left the studio.
