All appointments are made right here on my website. No appointments will be made via phone/email/Facebook/Instagram messaging. This is for your convenience. The calendar is accurate and allows you to choose the day and times I have available. If a day is blacked out it’s because there is NO availability that day. If the days are white then there is availability. Promptness for appointments is EXPECTED. If you’re more than 8 minutes tardy you will have to reschedule. We book back to back to maximize hour business hours. CASH ONLY PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 is allowed in the treatment room per New York State Health Department. Please DO NOT bring children as we will have to reschedule your appointment. Children cannot be left unattended in waiting area. Please do not bring extra guests as this is a distraction to what I am doing and to you as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CREDIT CARD INFO IS REQUIRED FROM ALL CLIENTS NO MATTER WHAT. If you do not give 48hr you will be charged 50% cancellation fee No call no shows will be charge 90% cancellation fee and will not be able to rebook until you prepay for your service. Some services require a non-refundable depot. A 3.5% processing fee is applied. We only accept cash/Venmo payments at time of service. If you are 10 mins or more late you will need to reschedule. We schedule back to back to optimize our business hours to the fullest extent. Refunds- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SERVICES RENDERED. ALL SALES FINAL ON PRODUCTS. If you’re allergic to something please consider gifting it to someone else as I cannot resell it once it has left the studio.
